Alice's journey into fitness began at the age of 18 when she first joined a gym. It didn't take long for her to discover her true passion for group training, realizing the immense energy and motivation that comes from working out in a supportive community. Shortly after, she qualified as a fitness coach and has been delivering high-energy, empowering sessions ever since. Safe to say, she has never looked back on her decision.
Alice is dedicated to empowering individuals through fitness, believing that everyone is welcome and capable of achieving their best selves. Outside of coaching, Alice is an advocate for fitness education and continuously seeks to expand her knowledge in the field.
